What are semi-cured gel nail strips?+
Semi-cured gel strips are real gel polish, cured to around 80 per cent in production and finished at home.
How long do Velvora gel nail strips last?+
Up to 14 days on fingernails, and often longer on toes, when applied to clean, dry nails and cured fully.
Do gel nail strips damage your nails?+
Applied and removed as directed, Velvora strips are designed to be gentle on natural nails.
Do I need a UV or LED lamp?+
For gel strips, yes, around 60 seconds under a UV or LED lamp sets them to a hard, long-lasting finish.
How do you apply Velvora gel nail strips?+
Start with clean, dry nails. Choose the best-fitting strip, smooth it on from cuticle to tip, trim the excess, cure for 60 seconds, then file to shape.
How do you remove gel nail strips?+
Add a few drops of cuticle oil around each edge, gently lift with a wooden stick and peel the strip away.
Are Velvora strips safe, and what are they made of?+
They are made from real semi-cured gel, formulated TPO-free and HEMA-free for a gentler manicure, and are cruelty-free.
What is the difference between gel strips and nail polish strips?+
Gel strips cure under a lamp for the toughest, longest wear, up to two weeks.
