2) How our shop runs

  • Payments: handled by Stripe.
  • Accounts and orders: stored securely with our database provider, Supabase.

3) Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Breach any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit or introduce malware, viruses, trojans or other harmful material
  • Attempt unauthorised access to the site, servers or databases

4) Accounts and orders

Accounts: If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out under your account.

Orders and pricing:

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • An order is considered accepted when we dispatch the goods and send a confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders (for example, due to stock shortages or pricing errors) and will refund any amounts paid in such cases.

Payments: Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which also handles options such as PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay where they are available at checkout. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5) Intellectual property

All content on this site (including text, graphics, logos, images, video and software) is owned by Velvora or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

6) Third-party services and links

We use third-party services to operate and improve our website, marketing and analytics, including:

  • Stripe for payments
  • Royal Mail for delivery
  • Resend for sending order and account emails
  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only with your consent, and Google Merchant Center so our products can appear on Google Shopping
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising), only with your consent

Third-party websites linked from our site are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms.

7) Website availability

We aim to provide continuous, reliable access to our website, but we do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or error. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw or modify the site temporarily or permanently without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitaliced Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, data or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any matter which cannot be limited under English law

9) Delivery, returns, privacy and cookies

Delivery

We deliver within the UK only. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. You can choose:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.49, 2 to 3 working days, free on orders over £35
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.95, 1 to 2 working days
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery: £8.95, next working day by 1pm

Returns and cancellations

You have 14 days to cancel most orders. Returns are accepted on unopened items only, unless an item is faulty. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we will replace or refund it and cover the postage. See our Refund and Returns Policy for your rights and how to return an item.
