At Velvora, we deliver orders across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Click & Drop Business. We aim to dispatch orders quickly and offer reliable delivery options for our customers.
1) Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2) Shipping Costs
- Flat rate delivery: £2.99 per order
- Free UK shipping on orders over £35
3) Delivery Methods
We ship using Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class services, which may include tracked and non-tracked options. Some services include a QR code or tracking reference to check delivery status online.
4) Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Royal Mail 1st Class: typically 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Legal guarantee: Unless otherwise agreed, all orders will be delivered within 30 days of purchase, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5) Tracking
Where available, you will receive tracking or QR code details by email once your order has been dispatched. Non-tracked services will only confirm delivery once completed by Royal Mail.
6) Risk & Ownership
Ownership and risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
7) Lost or Missing Parcels
If Royal Mail confirms delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us immediately at support@velvora.co.uk. We will investigate with Royal Mail and work with you to resolve the issue.
8) Returns Shipping
If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
How to send returns: Customers should use Royal Mail or another reliable courier, pack items securely in original packaging, and keep proof of postage. A tracked service is strongly recommended. Customers pay return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the cost and may issue a prepaid return label.
