Delivery across the UKtracked, and free over £35
Every Velvora order goes by Royal Mail Tracked, so you can follow it all the way to your door. Delivery is free on orders over £35, and if you need your nails sooner there’s Tracked 24 or next-day Special Delivery.

When your order goes out
We usually dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of your order. As soon as it’s on its way you’ll get a dispatch email with your Royal Mail tracking link.
Free delivery

- Nail Obsessed members of Velvora Rewards get free UK delivery on every order, whatever the basket size.
Tracking your parcel
Use the link in your dispatch email, or enter your order number and email on the track my order page. If you have an account, every order is in your account too.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We don’t offer international delivery at the moment.
Late, lost or missing parcels
If your tracking hasn’t moved, or Royal Mail says it’s delivered but you haven’t got it, email support@velvora.co.uk with your order number. We’ll look into it with Royal Mail and put it right with you.
Unless we agree otherwise, every order will be delivered within 30 days of purchase, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires.
When the parcel becomes yours
Ownership of the goods, and the risk in them, pass to you once they’re delivered to the address you gave at checkout.

Everything about returns, including postage, is in our refund and returns policy.

How much is UK delivery?+
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.49 (2 to 3 working days), free on orders over £35. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £4.95 (1 to 2 working days). Royal Mail Special Delivery is £8.95 (next working day by 1pm).
How long does Velvora take to dispatch?+
We usually dispatch within 1 to 2 working days, and your dispatch email has the Royal Mail tracking link.
Does Velvora deliver outside the UK?+
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

What if my parcel is late or missing?+
