Salon nails at home, with semi-cured gel nail strips

Semi-cured gel strips are real gel polish, cured to around 80 per cent in production and finished at home. You smooth them on, trim the excess and cure under a UV or LED lamp for 60 seconds for a glossy, salon-style gel manicure. They are not stickers or press-ons.

Up to 14 days on fingernails, and often longer on toes, when applied to clean, dry nails and cured fully. For the best hold, cure twice and avoid water, oils and soap for the first few hours.

Applied and removed as directed, Velvora strips are designed to be gentle on natural nails. They lift off with a little cuticle oil, with no soaking, scraping or drilling, and the cured gel sits on top like a protective layer while your nails grow underneath.

For gel strips, yes, around 60 seconds under a UV or LED lamp sets them to a hard, long-lasting finish. You can add our UV LED lamp. Prefer no lamp? Our nail polish strips dry on contact, with no curing needed.

Start with clean, dry nails. Choose the best-fitting strip, smooth it on from cuticle to tip, trim the excess, cure for 60 seconds, then file to shape. A full set takes about 10 minutes, with no drying time and no smudging.

Add a few drops of cuticle oil around each edge, gently lift with a wooden stick and peel the strip away. No acetone, soaking or harsh tools needed. Finish with a little more oil to nourish your nails.
