Cloud Nine - Semi-Cured Gel Nail Strips

Each Velvora gel nail set comes with:

• One set of 20 nail strips
• One nail file
• One manicure stick (for removal)

• Prepare: Shape your nails and push back cuticles. Cleanse each nail with an alcohol wipe to remove all oils for better adhesion.
• Select & Apply: Choose the correct strip size for your nail. Apply it close to the cuticle without touching the skin, and smooth down firmly.
• Trim: Fold the excess strip over the nail tip and file downwards in a single direction to remove it.
• Cure: Place your nails under a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds to harden the strips to a durable, high-gloss finish.

• Pop a bit of cuticle oil around the edges of each nail strip.
• Using the manicure stick, gently work around the edges to start lifting the strip.
• Once an edge has lifted, slide the stick underneath and peel the strip off. If it feels stuck at all, just add a little more oil.

No harsh chemicals or acetone required.

Before You Apply

• Start Clean: Wash & dry hands well before use. Skip oils & creams.
• Avoid Stray UV: UV light sets gel strips. Keep strips sealed; once opened, keep away from UV lamps and sunlight.

During Application

• Stretch it Out: Gently stretch for a perfect fit (with clean hands).
• No Overlap: To prevent lifting, place above cuticle (never on skin).
• Keep it Real: Strips aren’t extensions. Trim to natural nail length.
• Cut Before, Shape After: Trim before curing, file after for clean edges.
• Press for Perfect Edges: Use the wooden stick to avoid lifting - gently roll with the round end, & gently press with the flat end.

After Curing

• Cure Twice: One cure is good. Two cures? Flawless.
• Patience Pays: No water, soaps or oils for 3 hours = max hold.

• Acrylates Copolymer
• Polyurethane Acrylate Oligomer
• CI Pigments / Mica
• Silica
• (plus a compliant, safe photoinitiator)

We are proud to confirm our strips are HEMA-free, a common skin allergen, and also TPO-free. TPO (Trimethylbenzoyl diphenylphosphine oxide) is another ingredient which is now banned for use in cosmetics within the EU as a precautionary health measure.
